Important Information

Boarding Time:
30 Minutes Prior to Scheduled Cruise Time.
(Departure times are 9.30am and 1.30pm)

Departure Location:
Mariners Cove Marina, Berth 95, Arm D, next to Helicopter Pad, Seaworld Drive, Main Beach.

What to Bring:

Pack a warm jumper and a windproof/waterproof jacket as conditions at sea can be windier and cooler than in the marina. Life is bright, you gotta have shades! You may bring a camera, mobile phone, etc. However, since you may be splashed with ocean spray, please bring these items at your own risk.

Sea Sickness

For your comfort and to ensure you have an enjoyable whale watching experience, if you have not travelled on the open ocean before or suffer from any sort of travel sickness, we highly recommend taking sea sickness medication prior to boarding the cruise.

How to Get Here

Driving from North/Brisbane:

Take Pacific Motorway (M1) and take exit 66 to Smith St Motorway.
Turn right onto Gold Coast Highway towards Main Beach/SeaWorld.
Turn left onto Waterways Dr, continue onto SeaWorld Drive.
Park at our very own Mariner’s Cove Marina (2 minute walk to the boat.
Walk onto the higher jetty towards Berth 95/Arm D and find Spirit next to the helicopter pad.

Driving from South/NSW:

Head North on Gold Coast Highway towards Main Beach.
Turn right onto Waterways Drive and continue onto SeaWorld Drive.
Park at our very own Mariner’s Cove Marina (2 minute walk to the boat.
Walk onto the higher jetty towards Berth 95/Arm D and find Spirit next to the helicopter pad.

Public transport from Brisbane/North:

Take the Gold Coast Train, stop at Helensvale Station and take SeaWorld Bus (704/705).
Stop at Mariner’s Cove Marina.
Walk through the car park towards the higher jetty and find Spirit at Berth 95/Arm D – next to the helicopter pad.

Public transport from Surfers Paradise/South:

Take SeaWorld Bus (705) at the Gold Coast Highway. Stop at Mariner’s Cove Marina.
Walk through the car park towards the higher jetty and find Spirit at Berth 95/Arm D – next to the helicopter pad.
